​A 3 year project that aims to build trust through 10 local services across Liverpool. The model focuses on empowering communities by amplifying their voices and addresses four main target areas; increasing uptake of cancer screenings, improving cardiovascular health, increasing uptake of routine vaccinations, and improving mental health.
